Louise Hélène Paquette
Louise Hélène Paquette has over thirty years of experience in strategic research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence. She headed Radio-Canada’s Strategic Intelligence Department for over seven years, after working in senior management at Astral Media, now Bell Media. As founder of Les Éclaireurs, she now helps organizations analyze changes in their business environment, interpret data, and make informed decisions. She also teaches digital humanities, artificial intelligence, foresight, digital communications, and regulatory frameworks at Collège La Cité and the HEC Montréal Executive Education Program, where she is an associate researcher at the Media Hub. With a degree in marketing and training in creativity management and leadership, she is completing a master’s degree in business intelligence. Her practice aims to make the complex intelligible and to equip decision-makers to anticipate rather than suffer change.
