Stéphanie Demers
With 15 years of experience in film distribution, Stéphanie Demers has built a well-rounded expertise, guiding projects of all sizes to success. Her journey began in 2010 at Alliance Vivafilm. Over seven years, she climbed the ranks while contributing to the launch of hits, including the Hunger Games saga, Mommy, and Snowtime! From 2017 to 2020, Stéphanie led Fragments Distribution with the ambition of rethinking distribution models in a changing market. In 2020, she partnered with Jean-Christophe J. Lamontagne to establish the feature film distribution branch of h264, aiming to offer a model that covers short films, feature films, theatrical releases, digital distribution, and international sales. Today, as co-president of h264, she remains dedicated to promoting ambitious and unique films, supporting them on their national and international journeys, as demonstrated by the success of Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person. Alongside her role at h264, Stéphanie is actively involved in promoting Quebec’s cinema. She is the co-founder of AIME TON CINÉMA, sits on the board of the PCCQ, and serves as VP of the RDIFQ.
