Marie Tifo
In theater, film and television, Marie Tifo has captured the imagination with her roles as powerful, moving, fighting women. Each time, she approaches the role entrusted to her with passion and intensity, earning her numerous awards throughout her career. She is cherished by her community and audiences alike, who recognize her natural talent. Her artistic, social and political involvement has made her a key figure in Quebec’s cultural scene. More than 50 years after her graduation from the Conservatoire d’art dramatique, she still stirs the emotions. In 2023, the Quebec government awarded her the Prix Denise Pelletier, the highest distinction given to an artist for outstanding contribution to the performing arts in Quebec. She is currently starring in the Corbeaux series on Illico.
