Bruno Carrière
Bruno Carrière’s astonishing versatility has led him to produce a feature film, creative documentaries, dramatic series, a scientific feature, dramatic TV films and international documentary series. He began his film career in 1971. His skills as a director, scriptwriter, cinematographer and producer have enabled him to work on a wide range of national and international productions. For television, he has signed co-productions with France, the United States, Spain, Africa and China. A dual national of Canada and France, he has been pursuing a parallel career in Quebec and France for over twenty-five years. He is the author of Métier réalisation, published in 2006 by Les 400 Coups. Always active and working, he also acts as a consultant, trainer, tutor and lecturer. Bruno Carrière has been a member of ARRQ since 1976, and has served on the Board of Directors on several occasions.
