Ángel is a young man with a cognitive disability who trains to be a great athlete, win races, and thus win the recognition and affection of his father, José Santos, a legend of the sport who, knowing his son’s condition, rejects him from the moment of his birth.?

Thanks to his grandfather’s support and his mother’s unconditional love, Ángel’s life and his relationship with his family take an unexpected turn.

Thanks to the professional translation program of the Department of Arts, Languages and Literature of the Université de Sherbrooke for the subtitles translation of Brighton 4th and Ange de ma vie presented during the Festival cinéma du monde de Sherbrooke.
