CANADIAN PREMIERE
In 1964, following the landing of some thirty armed men to overthrow him, the Haitian dictator Duvalier unleashed a campaign of terror to dissuade the peasants from joining the rebellion, made up of men from the region where they had settled: the South-East. More than 50 years later, the peasants tell their story for the first time. Almost 40 years after the end of the dictatorship, we realize that the task of remembering is far from over.
