Born in Brazil in 1975, under the shadow of a dictatorship, she carries within her stories of memory and resistance.
Arriving in Sherbrooke in 2009, she has forged a path in motion — from caring for bodies to caring for communities. Physiotherapist, nurse, department head, then municipal elected official.
A Sherbrooker by adoption, she inhabits this in-between space, where roots are continually redefined.
For her, cinema is a sensitive space where stories intersect, and where one learns to see — and to feel — differently.
