It’s time to announce our juries for the international and regional competitions of the Festival’s 11th edition!
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
This year we are honoured to welcome one of the greats of Quebec cinema, Pierre Curzi, who will be Chair of the jury for the International Competition. He will be joined by Sonia Bolduc, journalist at La Tribune, Samuel Gagnon, who was a film distributor before moving into production, and Nathalie Plaat, clinical psychologist, author and columnist at Le Devoir.
REGIONAL COMPETITION
As for the Regional Competition jury, we are delighted to welcome Myriam Leblond, who has been active in television and film production for over twenty years as a director of both social and cultural series; Alexis Thibault, who has been an audience member, host, promoter and collaborator on numerous occasions since the Festival’s beginnings, and Oana Suteu, a filmmaker and media artist who has been creating award-winning dance films and documentaries at a number of international festivals for the past 20 years.
