2019 FCMS AWARDS LISTS
International competition
The jury of the international competition, chaired by Marie Tifo, and composed of Angèle Séguin, Emmanuelle Laroche, Jean Boivin and the public juror, Alexandre Leclerc, awarded two prizes.
Winners :
Cercle d’or Best Dramatic Feature award : Les chatouilles, de Andréa Bescond et Eric Métayer.
Cercle d’or Best Documentary Feature award, a presentation of TV5 : Amal, de Mohamed Siam.
Regional competition
The jury of the regional competition, chaired by Emmanuelle Laroche and composed of Ève Lamont and Pascale Rousseau, was invited to present the following prize :
Winner :
Cercle d’or Best Eastern Township Short award, a presentation of La Fabrique culturelle : Ponderosa de Julien Grégoire Péloquin.
Prix Coup de cœur du public Radio-Canada
The public was also invited to vote for their favourite feature film among the 50 feature films.
Winner :
Prix Coup de cœur du public Radio-Canada : Capharnaüm, de Nadine Labaki.
